Need a very available senior webdesigner for recurent jobs(repost)

Hi, I have a Webdesign business and i need a Webdesigner to work on websites we are building. I have 2 coders full time and need someone else to help because we have too much works, you will start with something like 20 hours by week and it will increase to full times as soon as the jobs fill in. There's the way we work. I send the programmer a PSD that include all the screenshot of each page with all the instruction he need to do the work. We are in communication via instant messengers and i answers all questions and provide any aditional material the coder need. website are mostly designed with div tag and all the formating is in the css, only the content is in the html (as possible as it is ). So the webdesigner take the psd, slice it and do a html page/site with it, send me for acceptation and after it goes to the client who aprove it and ask for modifications that we do after. My client are very specific (most client are anyway...) about the job, they want it to look like the PSD and be compatible with ie6,7,8, firefox 3,3.5, mac version etc.... I need someone very carefull in his work that know how and that will take the times to save the pictures the best way/compression possible so it look great and are not too much big. Also i want clean coded CSS, something very professional. We are also building custom application, Cms, search engine , so we do beautifull project and love our work.
