HTML/CSS/Flash Website with CMS for Silverstone racing event (3 part project)(repost)

This is a 3 part project, so the price is for all 3 parts and deadlines are required for each part. All parts are described in the attached docs. This website is to advertise and act as an organisational tool for “Silverstone Classic 2009??, which is a three day event held at Silverstone Racing Circuit in England, UK (24th - 26th July 2009). The event includes: • 22 races with differing classic cars. • Exhibitions from many car enthusiast clubs and others. • A Harley Davidson ‘village’. • Air shows with stunt flying and hot air balloons. • Live music from well known musical performers. • A shopping market with well known brands. • Hospitalities including a variety of food and drink suppliers. • Funfair and other related forms of entertainment. The website serves several purposes: 1. To act as a point of sale for event tickets and merchandise. 2. To advertise the event to the public. 3. To inform the public of the details of the event. 4. To provide a place for drivers, organisers and exhibitors to access information. 5. To allow drivers, exhibitors and members of the press to access registration forms and/or register their details on the site directly for various purposes. ### Structure of website The website is designed to function with two ‘sides’, each with its own navigation bar; a toggle button is provided in the main website header to allow users to switch between the two sides. The default ‘side’ is the public/spectator side which contains ticket sales, advertising and general event information that a visitor to the event will be interested in. The second side is the ‘organiser/contributor’ side (for the purposes of these design documents) and contains information for drivers, race marshals, car clubs and exhibitors relating to their participation in the event. ### Technologies required The website must be coded to be fully compliant with current web standards, including no inline CSS style tags, no IFRAME tags and minimal Javascript. Flash media objects are required to support an animated header box, video players and photo gallery.
