Simple Software based on Java or whatever may work better/easier to program, which need to be uploaded and then be accessible through my website for members only by login within the members area and the software must check the IP adress to ensure that only the member him/herself can access the sofware. it is a roulette system that has simple rules and I guess it should not take more than 1-2 days to program. I have the template for the software to show how it should look like. Software will be accessible via my website upon login of the member and after login, it will open in a new window be ready to use. Please see the attached template and let me know if/when you can complete software and how much it will cost. I am willing to award you with additional bonus payment after completion of the software as well.
