Auction Application

I'm looking for a coder that is familiar with EJB and could provide a solid foundation for an auction application. The functionality of the site is to be similar to that of ebay. So if you have an understanding of how an online auction site works it would be an advantage. My idea is to develop this application in stages and would this place bid request on a per stage basis. A stage at a time. The coder will have to have an understanding of the whole project and this be able to develop with the end result in mind. I will put a basic project requirements document together and upload it the coders that are interested. The user interface has been developed with JSP. What I require is the backend of the application to be develop with ejb and a mysql database. This is not an easy project and I would appreciate if only coders with a great knowledge of ejb and database design place bids. So you may be thinking what am I looking for. I'm looking for a senior coder to put a project plan together stipulating how codings are to take place and possible time frames. I would this have a document that I could hand over to a coder.(All technical issues should have been addressed and the coder can code without any hold ups) Once I have received this document I will then request coders to place bids on the project. The coder will thus have a clear understanding of what is required. So I'm looking for a project analysis that can be given to a coder to develop the system. If you are a coder that would be interested in coding such a system please let me know and I would involve you in a private auction when codings begin ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Word or pdf document
