Search Engine Optimization - PC game developer

I need an expert search engine optimization person to promote and move my site up in ranking as high as possible on various major search engines (Yahoo and Google in particular, or any others you think may work). This would need to be done as quickly as possible (using LEGAL and ethical methods please; I don't wish to be banned from the search engines, and not using spam). My site is linked to and/or referred to by many sites that I have submitted my programs to already, and Google seems to be spidering my site nearly every day or with every change I make to it, according to my logs, so it shouldn't be too hard to get a better ranking. I am a small PC game developer, Stormcloud Creations, currently published by Shrapnel Games ([login to view URL]). I create fun, lite strategy games with high-res graphics for the PC. My site is here: [login to view URL] I had a previous company work on this, but they were expensive and I was disappointed by the slow and poor results. They did the meta tags for my site, but that may need to be optimized too. Keywords: Ones like PC strategy games, strategy game, strategy games, simulation games, pc game downloads, etc. Keyword suggestions welcome; I wish to attract the casual gaming fan, as well as the strategy grognard. Bidder would outline exactly what they plan to do to achieve this, and approx. how long it may take to begin seeing results. I understand it make some time and I am willing to exercise some patience, but I would like to at least start seeing results as quickly as possible. I would like to put off at least some of the payment until I begin seeing some results, to be safe, since I paid a fair amount up front to the last company and they didn't do very much.
