Link exchange and directory enteries.

This job has two parts. The first part is link swaping. I am looking for someone find and swap links for a few of my website. The links are easy to find, from a couple of tried and tested sources. Then all you would need to do is enter the details of the website into my online form on my website and then either email them with a perwritten email or enter the details into their website. Sometimes this may vary but not that much. It takes me at the most 5 minutes to fill in all the details for these link swaps. The second part is directory entering. I need someone to enter my website into certain online directories and then note down the details in a spread Excel spread sheet. The directories I will give you a list of. This in my experience can take a little longer usally around 10 minutes. I expect this to take apporiatemately 10 hours. in total time working. What I'm really looking for is some one the be do this regularly, however I would first like to see how someone fairs with this many links. Roughly 10 hours work: 50 link exchanges and 25 directory entries. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This can all be done online and through Excel spreadsheet so windows I guess, it is also helpful if you can install the googles toolbar.
