Repair a Wordpress Theme call Localbiz Vortex

I purchased a Theme called LocalBizVortex-Enterprise and I have four problems with the Theme that the creator of the Theme, Russell Hall, does not seem to want to repair the problems. Here are the five items I need repaired: 1. When you go to this website: [login to view URL] with a Mobile Phone or Pad devise and rotate the screen you see a white block that covers over the right side of the screen. (See Attached Images) But when you rotate it back the other way it disappears. With smart phone you see it in Landscape position. If I go to settings and change the theme to Boxed mode then there is no problem. It is only when I have the theme set to Full Width. 2. In Appearance/Menu I cannot open or delete any menu items. The only way I can delete them is if I change themes to another theme like Twenty Fifteen and then make the Menu changes and then change it back to the LocalBizVortex-Enterprise Theme. 3. When I try to hover over any selections in the dashboard like Appearance, Settings, Tools etc, it does not expand out to see the group items where I could hover over them and make a selection. I have to click the main Category like Appearance and then wait for it to open up below so I can make a selection. 4. In the Central Control Panel of the theme there is a selection to enable a mobile landing page. When the mobile landing selection box is checked it cannot be unchecked. 5. Since I am going to have to hire someone to make these repairs to the Theme because the creator of the Theme refuses to fix it, and since I have enterprise developer rights to the Theme I would like for the License feature to be removed which activates the Theme when I make a new install. This way if the developer decides to go out of business or close his activation website I am not stuck with a Theme I cannot activate. If you have any question let me know.
