Hi, Currently story-boarding for a new Educational portal based on hierarchy of permissions/functionality for end users. The concept is a performing arts school migrating content (performance, costumes, lighting etc..) into a CMS to view videos, comment on forums, record and upload content, view images and stream live. I require a Joomla expert who has extensive knowledge of Guru - [login to view URL] to build site and offer advice on technical structure and on-going maintenance. Successful perons will be Skyped for further interviews. Please provide a cover letter based on your experience and skill with detailed examples with links to sites you have built upon the ijoomla infrastructure.
