The purpose of this site is to have a place where the 300+ members of a club can post their availability to go sailing on a member’s boat for a particular day and then boat captains can then create a call list so they can call the people that might be available for a particular day. This project needs to be a web application using PHP, javascript, html The specifications document itemizes the details of the project. In your response to this request please include the following: 1. What tools, frameworks, libraries will you use? 2. After reading the specifications what would your first couple of questions be? 3. Are there any parts of the specifications that need further explanation?

I would use codeigniter as a framework with jquery and ajax. More clarification on the login system would be good.
