Overview:
We wish to build a small boutique Web store using Yahoo! Stores hosting and features. The site will be selling several lines of body and hand creams and lotions. The site needs to be ready to launch by March 11, 2004.
This project entails the following three projects:
1. Logo Design
1. A mock-up will be provided with changes that are requested. It is desired that you add an artistic touch to the overall finished product. Color scheme should compliment site design elements.
2. Site Design
1. Build a custom interface that allows users to easily navigate the site and find the product(s) they are looking for.
2. Site “Look and Feel?? should be appropriate and targeted to women shopping for body lotions and creams. I.e., the site should have a soft, gentle and feminine touch.

3. Site Construction and Integration
1. Build the site using PHP and proprietary technologies as required by [login to view URL] site should be custom and not merely administered with Yahoo!’s store builder software.
2. Full integration with Yahoo!’s ecommerce technologies will be required, including but not limited to:
1. i. Inventory management
ii. Shopping cart
iii. Purchase transactions
Bidder Requirements:

2. Please supply example work
1. Please provide example graphic artwork and logo design
2. Preference given to those who have successfully developed Yahoo! Stores Web sites.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation of site on our Yahoo! Store hosted account.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
