Hunting picture website with pinterest style and iphone app

I am looking for a developer to build a clean and simple website where outdoor sportsmen can post pictures of animals they have taken during the hunting season. A brag board if you will. I want it structured in a pinterest like layout. In addition I want a simple iphone app that users can take a picture of their trophy animal and upload it to the site. thats all it really needs to be able to do. the way the site will work is i will hold periodic contests where people can vote for their favorite trophy pictures...once the contest has ended the user with the most votes gets a prize (such as a new bow). The home page will show the prize item for the current contest being held as well as the top 5 pics with the most votes. there will also be a link to archived contest pics. The only other major element to the site is there will be bass pro shops and cabelas affiliate links that will need added. Im looking for something very web2.0. I am looking to get up and running quickly so you dont need to reinvent the wheel here. think simple, clean, and loads quickly. this site will need to manage a lot of picture content smoothly. thanks
