Need 2 interactive web pages: 1. A page for generating and traversing mazes for a fictional mouse using javascript and html and css. This requires a recursive function to traverse the maze and creation of page to display a 12 x 12 maze. It can be stored in a two-dimensional array. Use # to represent walls, a dot (.) to represent paths to represent the walls. As the mouse walks through the maze, place an Xon the path to show that the mouse was there. In other words replace the dots with Xs in the maze array as the traversal proceeds. (More on this shortly.) generateMaze ( ): A function to generate a random 12 x 12 maze. The function should also supply the entrance and exit to the maze. Determine randomly where the entrance and exit are located first. Then use the rules for placing walls and paths inside the boundary walls. An inner wall segment must be connected to either the outer wall or another inner wall segment. A path segment must be connected to another path segment or to the entrance or exit. These rules ensure that the maze is simply connected and therefore guarantee that the maze traversal algorithm will work. The player is presented with a rectangular grid of letters and a list of words that can be found in the gird. I want to provide several puzzles that will be contained in text files with a .ws extension (in the puzzles folder). Each begins with the puzzle itself and is then followed by a word list. • Use PHP to let the user choose from available puzzles. • Use JavaScript to let the user interact with the puzzle. • The user should be able to use the mouse to select words that he or she finds (for example, clicking on the first letter of the word and then on the last letter, or clicking on first letter and dragging to the end of the word). • The page should show a visual indication of which words have been found (and where), and which words still need to be found. • When all words have been found, a congratulatory message should appear. • There should be a way for a user to get a hint (for example, clicking on a word in the word list causes a randomly-chosen letter from that word on the grid to be highlighted). For display purposes, assume that the grid will have at most 20 rows and 20 columns.
