Trading Software That Finds Correlations Between Forex (and possibly other) Markets

I'm looking for someone who can program a piece of software that will find correlations between various markets. For example...if the GBP/JPY market rises two days in a row, what are the chances that the GBP/USD market will rise the day after? And so on. There are practically infinite different correlations out there - and the goal is for this software to find them. This is a big job! And I'm willing to pay $5000+ (whatever it takes to do a good job - you determine the price). Here's some other 'requirements'... - Easy-to-use interface, since this will be used by consumers not professionals. - Data - it will collect data from 'free' sites in all likelihood - You should be able to 'input' a market, e.g. USD/JPY, and the software will 'work' to find correlations between this and other market(s). It will then produce reports showing e.g. if USD/JPY moves up three days (or two days, or up two days, down one day etc. etc.), then there's a X probability that USD/Euro will move down for the next two days. And so on. As I say...there are practically infinite combinations. - The software is end of day only - not intra-day. - Ability for software to 'find' most likely events/correlations. e.g. there's a 61% chance that the GBP will rise tomorrow against the JPY if the USD/JPY was down 3 days in a row etc. - Ability to 'ask' the software what will happen with a certain scenario. e.g. If the GBP/JPY moves up three days in a row, what is the probability that it will increase on the 4th day? Or if GBP/JPY moves up three days, what is the probability that the GBP/USD will then move higher? As I say, this is a big job for the right person. I've left the price at $5,000 but am prepared to go higher for the right coder. Feel free to adjust the price and add your own comments! Please post what type of analysis you will use/how you program the software to find correlations (e.g. A.I etc. - whatever).
