Simple program to import excel file into written letter to change, name, site, images, etc

Hi, I'm looking for someone that can create a simple program for me. I am starting a new business, and one of the things I am doing is mailing out letters to potential new business clients. I have a letter that I have written, however, I am having to manually go into the letter and save for each business and then change things in the letter to make it more personalized. I have to manually change things like name, address, website, phone number, image, etc for each business, and honestly, it's taking forever to do each one. What I'm looking for is a simple program that will show my main letter (I will need to be able to edit the letter in the program at anytime if needed), and all I will need to do is import an excel file that has all the fields I have pre-filled (name, address, website, image, etc), and it will automatically create each letter and save each for me with a different filename that is specified by field in excel file. I would also like to have the option of saving as a word file or pdf. I would also like to be able to save the letter without importing excel file if I want to....just make a correction to one letter and save. The letter that I have currently written I created in CorelDraw12 because I like how I was able to put anything (images, text) anywhere on the screen. So you will need to be able to read this type of file and make the letter looks exactly as it looks in the file. Like I said, I'm trying to start this new business. I lost my job about 3 months ago, so I don't have much money for this project....probably less than $75. Thank you, Jason
