Pre-HTML Word

'The goal is to create a path for features present in the Word file(.doc) to be preserved in a html file generated from Word XP or 2003. I do not wish to create a new html converter, Word while IE specific, works well enough. I need to create a modified Word docuemnt that will have the items basically pasted into the correct place prior to save as webpage. The specific features are to have a copy and paste function that will preserve as Word tables any Excel files that are linked to the Word document as objects. The rendering of image files from the Excel link is not acceptable for my purposes. The linked Excel file should be deleted as part of this function. It needs to work for one linked spreadsheet or multiple Excel links to the Word file. Second request is that header and footer information is not preserved in a _save as webpage_ from Word. I need the page numbers inserted into the pre-html file(.doc) as well as header and footer information such as a page title. The last item is a unique marker such as a blue horizontal rule at the bottom of the page located under the page number. Ideally this is Word plug-in that can be accessed from the toolbar and should work for Word XP and 2003. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Office XP or 2003
