I own a web design company. I have no programmers and I am looking to give ALL of my programming needs to a reliable experienced php programmer. I need someone that is reliable and has been working with PHP for many years. This individual will work full-time for my company and I would need them to be online via yahoo or aol messenger during my work hours, which are 9 to 5 in Chicago, Illinois, USA (CST).
