ebay bidder

I am an ebay seller. I am after a program that can bid on ebay for specific item numbers that i can cut and paste from a txt file. The program will place bids on selected items at a given time that i set before auction close. 4hrs, 3 hrs 2hrs, etc. I can also state the max bid that this buyer is prepared to pay. This sort of sniping software already exsists however here is the difference: I want it to be able to use different ebay buyer accounts radomly and each account has a certain proxy ip address (that i can assign to each account) For example: ebay id 1) joeblow his ip number whatever1 ebay id 2) jane smith her ip is watever 2 etc etc I don't want the buyers of mine to compete with each other Just one per ebay item number. So the software will rotate randomly the buyers i have entered with their user name and password.
