Design to CSS/HTML Project

Howdy!!! I have a 'design' done in Adobe Illustrator. It is basically an image of what our website navigation should look like. I don't know Illustrator and my html skills are out of date. I'd like to have somebody take the design and convert it into a functional website with working navigational components. You can download all of the Illustrator files at: <[login to view URL]> Here is a detailed description of the project. (you will want to open the attached files so you can understand this) 1. There is a 'head' to the site. It includes a spot for a logo and a 'status block'. The status block contains information about the status of an account. I need the head broken into the logo area and the status block. Basically I need a box that I can put text into. 2. The next area is the 'navigation tabs'. The tabs have 2 states. Those are inactive and active. I need this broken into all of the tabs. All of the tabs should 'highlight' on a mouseover event. I would expect that I can add/remove elements to this as a ul (unordered list) The icons that are included in the file I would like to have put into these list items. The dashboard icon is a little difficult as it isn't square so if it needs to have a box put around it so that it doesn't have to have transparancy thats fine. 3. The navigation submenu is a context based menu that sits directly under the navigation tabs. I would expect that I can add/remove elements to this as a ul (unordered list) 4. The next area is the 'forms' area. I expect to use standard issue form elements. What I need is the code/graphics to make the navigation boxes. You will see that there are several areas such as 'call forwarding'. All I need is the code/graphics for the boxes. The application that wll be built out of your components will end up in an ASP application. Thanks! I have a couple of question about how things in the project would be done from the bidders. I have put together a tiny bit of sample code to look at my tabbed navigation. It is [login to view URL] In the 'tab' navigation in my design, I have some icons that got put together. My icon questions are: 1. How these will be handled in a 'mouse over' event. a. Will they all just need to be squared up so that the background doesn't bleed through the back? b. Will they have to have some kind of transparency so that the background colors do come through? 2. Is there a way to vertically align the text and icons in the tabs? 3. Can this be coded so that it looks the same in IE and FF? --------------- Next question relates to the 'bordered' areas with round corners. 1.
