Write XML Web Services via SOAP for a courier service website

This is part of the courier company A's website for customer to track their package via tracking number. 1) SOAP / Web services Portion: a) The courier company B is the one who actually deliver the package. b) At time of delivery, company B's agent will hand scan the package and pass info to system server. c) Company B has provided Web Services Guide along with needed WebMethods, which will provide to you when award the project. d) This project is to write XML and send SOAP request to get data from company B's back to company A's server in real time. e) You also need to develop a method for testing the data acquistion process. 2) MySQL portion: a) Build a batch mode datafeed interface: to write an interface for company A's employee to arrange data feed to database via Excel or other batch mode. b) Build a form for ticketing of the AirWay Bill datasheet with various data entries. Note: A) Company A's website is based on Joomla and is listed as a separate porject on this platform. B) You can just bid on 1), or 2) separately, or both. Please specify when submit bid.
