CANCELLED Fast MSChart drop-in replacement

CANCELLED now using teeChart. Within VB6, MSChart is proving to be too slow at displaying line charts and a drop-in replacement is needed. The replacement needs to be accurate, fast, drop-in with little or no changes and also support the extraction of its image by the 'CopyCom' control to make a JPEG. The functionality of MSChart that is used is limited to a series displayed as line charts or XY scatter charts (one type per chart instance). Title is used, and the legend too. MSChart events for mouse click is used too (selects a point on a series). The axes are needed to provide scale, and should autoscale sensibly (i.e. to fit displayed range, noit always having to show 0) The chart is currently too slow when presented with 20000+ floating point values. That's the order of magnitude that must be coped with dynamically (prefer up to 100K values) The chart is resized and should cope as per MSChart. Additional 'nice' features would be pan & zoom through the use of mouse control, with support to help 'undo' on the pan and zoom. Extra nice feature would be to incorporate some 3D information for the lines so that X,Y are shown and colour/hue indicates the Z band. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. An OCX to replace [login to view URL] in an existing VB6 project. Must accept data, produce fast accurate display, trigger the same events and be comptabile with CopyCom (to produce a JPEG). Compatible with VB6.
