Html / ASP / Access Project(repost)

My website has an access database connected to a few webpages where end users can enter data. I need a new page designed that looks like the screens referenced below as well as a copy of the access database in the attached zip file. Refer to? <[login to view URL]> for examples of existing pages in use. **PART ONE** * I want the new page called SDHIC" and saved in the SD folder. THe database these pages connect to is located in the "access_db" folder called "[login to view URL]" Coder will be given the FTP login information once selected. * I want the page should look and feel like the two pages referenced above * The questions on the page should be listed in the same order as in the attached word document. * Once a user has answered the questions, they should be able to click a "save and exit" button located at the bottom.? Once clicked the page should "validate the information" according to the instructions in the attached word document.? If information is not validated it should prompt the user why and highlight questions that need to be changed. * Once a user successfully enters all data and it's validated once save is clicked it should store the information in Access, and load a "thank you" prompt similar to the one for support requests ([login to view URL]). * Any of the questions that have associated picklists; the picklist items should all pull from tables in the access database, not be hard coded... **PART TWO** * Take out the frame on the left side of the page "[login to view URL]" that says "Whats New". A bidder will be choosen based on: 1. your bid, 2. a date by which you believe you can complete it 3. and give me some indication you understand what I'm trying to do with these pages and the overall database.
