207342 forum submission script

I need a script that will allow users to register and use the site to automatically submit to multiple forums without manually doing so. (they will require login and password) Users can add a website, enter the username and login for that site, enter the subforum they wish to post to, then create a "plug" for submission with a title, and bbcode that will be the content. Users can create a tradelist of sites, and then execute all submissions at once. A close example is the website plug-submitter. I am willing to variate from these specifications if it makes the process easier - please message any suggestions. Please message before bidding, and ask any and all questions before bidding as well.
