Need simple project in ASP or Cold Fusion. Users will fill out a form and it will then get sent as an email to manager. Manager can then click on hyperlink to approve with comments or deny with comments. Email would then go back to requested person and a copy to office.

The email should contain the infor above and 2 hyperlinks. When the user submits the manager will get the email and can either click on approve or deny...they will get a page with that info and they can enter comments and submit....when they submit person who submitted request gets email as well as office manager.
