68368 Rotator Bug Fix

Hi I need a programmer who can fix about 3 bugs in my rotator program. 2 of which are fairly simple (in my opinion) 1) when a link is clicked, if no urls are present in the rotator, I need the member to be redirected to a 404 page 2) There is a problem with the weightings on the rotator, which needs to be sorted out. basically an update has been added, which hasnt been programmed in properly. 3) An addition to search out members who dont have any urls in their rotator. I have had a few scriptlance freelance programmers working on this project, who havnt bothered to finish the project, or havnt bothered to be in contact again.
