91863 PHP Guest books script.

PHP Guest books script. I want a basic guest book script. I want the script to use a flat file database and be no more then four files including database, Admin Panel and a separate submission form. The guess book should display date entry was submitted, user title, web address which is linked, and comments. Email address should be required in the submission form but the user should be given the option as to display the address or not. Html code should not be allowed in the comment submission. Admin Panel should be what you would expect the ability to add, remove, and edit submissions. Even though the email address is required when submitting a post I do not want the ability to email the user from within the script just to display or edit their address. It should go without saying the admin Panel should be password protected. Layout I'm thinking of a two-row layout top row would have the Date Submitted, Title and URL address. The second row would be for the comments. Rights: I must have full rights to the script as if I wrote it myself to do with it as I please. So it must be a script that you will write yourself or have wrote. I know that there are many scripts that can do this under GPL but I don't want the restraints of GPL. Will use escrow as payment.
