Required Skills: - PHP - jQuery - MySQL - Android / Java - iOS / Objective-C Project Description: We are seeking to partner with a development company who can take our web applications to the next level. Our business is to develop applications used in Live Theater and Entertainment. My business partner and I have been in business for about 8 years. I can no longer handle all the development and am seeking a long-term partnership with a company who can deliver results regularly and who is willing to take a pride of ownership in our product. The Work: Month 1: Defect fixes and new features requested by our existing customers. (Build confidence in your abilities and show us you can deliver) Month 2-3: Rearchitect aspects of existing application for the future. (We need a MVC approach that will auto-generate APIs we can make available to our apps and 3rd party developers) Month 3-6: Deliver a new, exciting module in our existing web application. Month 3-6: Deliver companion applications on iOS and Android devices to these web applications. We Will: - Develop a backlog of tasks for each project area. - Provide write-ups, mock ups and design of work to be done. - Provide direction and respond to questions in a timely manner. - Pay weekly for hours worked. You Will: - Show regular progress through daily code check-ins. - Only commit high-quality, tested code. - Deliver releases on time schedules we mutually agree on. - Dedicate long-term people who can learn our existing environment and who can get more efficient over time. Hi I am a project manager with 12+ years of programming experience. We are highly experienced and got exposure in development of lot of PHP based web sites and applications. I will be the main point of contact, mostly communicating with you on the requirements and explaining it to the right coder, then I will be doing the quality check myself before delivering the changes. If selected, you can always expect good quality deliverables and prompt communication. We have not yet started working on mobile applications, so at the moment I will not be able to offer that service, how ever if I have a good pipeline then we can hire one or two mobile apps developer in the near future. We work five days a week, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST.
