I need a very skilled Php developer that is very skilled with PHP, MySQL, AJax, Javascript to build I website for me. I would need the developer to work on my site 8 - 10 hours a day for a very good hourly rate. I will need to ability to skype this developer on a daily basis to monitor the progression of the site. This developer should be very skilled in video add on's and recording within the frame of the website. I need the feature to allow users to record webcam videos directly from our site and save those videos to our site. I need this written in Php,Javascript, Mysql, Ajax, and Code ignitor....
