We need a very cost effective crm with accounting features like invoicing and to be integrated with an ecommerce website ( you can recommend us .. we are thinking of zencart which i heard is easy to integrate with crm etc. we may be wrong) We want to pull data from quicken software . u may suggest ... If you have done something similar pls show us and we can customize from there.. dont want a build from scratch as that will take a long while and it will have lots of bugs.. we have had bad experience. so those with something close to it which can be tweaked to give us these full options can bid pls. The CRM should have all standard features: -Admin and staff login - Individual sales agent to send quotation and invoicing capability - aging report ( 30days, 60 days, 90 days) reminders and pop ups - a/r,invoicing,stock, supplier invoicing, sending quotes - adjustable prices for individual products - linking up of stock inventory with crm and ecommerce website - sales reports and other reports. - consigment module where we know who we consigned to and for how long it will be ther - activity history - calendar - export to excel funtion - Notification and reminders of sales targets - Reminders for nonpayables Do let me know timeline and give us a good price . tnx!
