edit photos for building exterior color

I am looking for a freelancer to edit photos of a building exterior to a specific color I have chosen. The desired edits include changing the color of the building and changing/removing unwanted objects. I need the freelancer to edit 4-7 photos, and I have a specific color in mind for the final result. Experience with photo editing and graphic design is a must. I am looking for excellent work and timely completion of the project. If you are a reliable and skilled freelancer who can provide quality results, I'd love to hear from you. SPECIFICALLY: o New color which is same color as the existing clay roof tile in attached photo for: Interior courtyard doors/interior courtyard diamonds/front façade signage trim color (main sign still grey). o Interior courtyard – 2 options as before – one with only diamonds painted clay roof tile color plus a 2nd one with both diamonds AND doors painted clay roof tile color. o Façade rendering – remove completely the ground level cladding o Façade rendering (NOTE only no action required) – the vertical grey paint from ground to roof around windows without balconies on frontage to remain grey color as you have shown. No change there – only the color of the cladding and the signage trim are now color of clay roof. o Façade rendering - 3 cladding panels above balcony floor (above the gap) do vertical instead of horizontal - also in clay tile roof color instead of the grey. The 1 cladding panel covering green wood (floor of front balconies below the gap) still horizontal in grey o Remove completely the bottom all the bottom façade cladding under ground floor window. This will just remain stucco and save some money. o Extend the metal lattice vertically a little higher. This way it will cover a) the area where the existing green diamond is (that you are removing) and b) the area where the existing old Harbor View lettering which you are removing. 3 options to extend upwards a) extend lattice upward to bottom of grey wood header under clay roof, b) extend lattice upward to top of new grey façade sign, c) extend lattice upward to top of 2nd floor windows. Choose where it would look good to extend the metal lattice upward to….
