Crop and Adjust photos

I have approx 200 images. They need cropping. They need the levels pulled in a little and if required the brightness and contrast increased just a few points to make them look nice and bright and professional. The levels can not be pulled in so far as to lose details or look poor quality, And a "title" layer added (file supplied to drag onto images). I don't want to have any problems with images looking like comic strips they need to look natural. Please mark your bid message with "I have read this" so I know you understand. No time wasters please. I have attached a sample of a before and after. As you can see you will need to look at the image and judge the best crop. With regards to the image direction, If there is more than 1 image that can get cropped and saved with an "a" then "b" added onto the end of the filename. The aspect ratio needs to be kept the same when cropping whether the final image is portrait or landscape. You can see the attached image has a final portrait and a landscape image, although the size changes the aspect ratio doesn't change. If you don't understand this please do not bid.
