Hi, I am starting a photo restoration business and need a reliable photo restorer to provide daily restorations. There will be four levels of service. With associated timing for an intermediate to advanced artist Level 1 (Fix edges, Minor damage fix) - 15 mins. Level 2 (Fix edges, Improve photo quality, Medium damage fix) 30 mins. Level 3 (Fix all damage) - 1 hour Level 4 (Fix all damage, Colourize) - 2 hours. I am looking for a long term relationship, as I have a solid business plan and access to a good market in this type of work. Bids will reflect your charge for a Level 4 fix on the attached photo. Though most work will be at Level 3. The right charge will win the project. We'll close the project with payment to see your fix on the attached photo.
