Hello, this sounds ideal. I regularly shoot videos at expos, that is the bread and butter of what I do! I have shot everything from Farnborough air show to the Stationery Expo! I also like gaming so that really helps and it would be great to discuss this so I can understand your requirements. This should be a fairly simple shoot but good lighting and framing helps so it would be good to plan locations and needs. Are there any precedent videos for instance that you've seen and liked or would you like me to go off piste and create inetersting types of interview content with a well-planned set of fun questions for watchability, which native platforms do you want this to be done for? All this stuff can be really helpful to know! In regards to equipment I have my own cinema camera, action camera, tripod, sound recording equipment and a lighting setup. Pricing has been done to include 3 days of shooting and 2 of editing. This is very much within my remit though and it would be great to discuss!
