I am working on a small prototype device. The body components which I have drawn in Shapr 3D are being 3D printed. I have the following components in hand and need to be able to solder them onto a main control PCB. I have mapped out the component layout inside the body of the prototype. My desire would be to have a PCB designed and printed by someone with this capability, and then solder my components onto the control PCB. As mapped out in the descriptions and pictures, I have all the components needed on hand that are needed to function off of the control PCB. I would like the blue up/down(open/closed circuit) buttons to power the small D/C motor, powered by the supply lines from the CR1632 battery. The A or down button is associated to turn the D/C motor shaft counter-clockwise when the button is pushed, therefore, opening the circuit. The power flow to the D/C motor can be stopped by either releasing the A or down button, or the B contact sensor being depressed. When the B contact sensor is depressed, I would like a small green LED to illuminate on the the control PCB. Next, the pictured C or up button, controls the power supply to the D/C motor shaft causing clockwise turning of the shaft when the C button is pushed or the circuit is opened. The power supply can be stopped by releasing the C or up button, or the D contact sensor being depressed. When the D contact sensor is depressed, I would like a blue LED to illuminate on the control PCB. When neither the B and D contact are depressed, I would like a red LED to illuminate on the control PCB. Preferably, the designed and created control PCB needs to be as small as possible to fit inside the housing of the prototype. Hi, I'm a hardware and software engineer from the Netherlands. I can help you with the design of PCB for your project. What kind of D/C motor are you using in this project? I can program a micrcontroller to control the buttons, motor and LED. I don't know what is connected to the motor but maybe for safety it is also possible to make a hardware circuit for the two contact switch which will power off the DC motor without any software.
