Online Member Database for Two Radio Stations

Create an online database for members. Create a Listener's Club where the person enters all their information ONCE and then they can enter to win contests with only their Username and Password (because all of the other info will be saved in a database). They should be able to edit their profile at any time. We'd send them a confirmation email confirming enrollment in the Listener's Club, showing their login details. The database would be connected to several ongoing contests. There would need to be an admin interface where radio personnel can login and see all of the current contests. They can then select a particular contest and see everyone who has registered for the contest. Should be able to delete/overwrite old contests. Option for DJ to select a winner and the view the past winners would be helpful. Need a way to change the name of the contest so that the webmaster can create new contests and have them connect to the database with the new name. Should be able to have up to 5 concurrent contests running. Example: Enter to win (1) symphony tickets, (2) jazz CD, (3) weekend getaway, (4) daily dozen donuts and (5) concert tickets. Then when the promotions/prizes change and the contest is over, the webmaster needs to be able to put up new contests. Expect about 3,000-5,000 people to register, could grow to be much higher. Would be nice if we could sort/export data. Want to send out newsletters over the web server using smtp web server.
