Programación de router Mikrotik

Estoy requiriendo con carácter de urgencia configurar de manera remota un router mikrotik. La configuración se debe realizar sin falta mañana jueves 5 de enero a las 5 pm hora de Venezuela. La persona debe saber configurar perfectamente router de esta marca, no es aceptable personas con poca o algo de experiencia. Debe ser capaz de realizar de una sola vez y sin tener que pedir ayuda o soporte nadie, las siguientes tareas: 1. Configure Internet in the Mikrotik router (done) 2. Add Public Address Range (pool) for Customers 3. Reserve a Pool of Public IP Addresses for Internal Use. 4. Create Administrative VLAN for all Internal devices (Radios, Switches, Routers, PtP Devices) 5. Configure Firewall. 6. Create PPPoE Server 7. Configure Bandwidth Profiles (QoS) a. 5up/5down b. 10up/10down d. 15up/15down e. 20up/20down f. 25up/25/down g. 30up/30down h. 35up/35down f. 40up/40down 8. Add the following customers: AB Homes (profile 10/10) EM Trucking (5/5) Tum Logistics (20/20) Texas International Enterprises (30/30) 9. For each profile we must be able to set the rate for the following services: a. Browsing (80, 443) b. Streaming (Music services like pandora, spotify, youtube) c. Download files d. Sip/VoIP 10. We will have 2 types of customers (Dynamic IP and Static IP). for Customers with static IP, we will provide at least 1 ip address (it will be configured in the ppoe account of the costumer). for Customers with dynamic IP we will provide a dynamic public ip address that will change every X hours.
