543693 Need Minor work to website - SSL Paypal disabled links 2

1. I need you to make sure my SSL Certificate is connected with the paypal merchant account correctly. So you would test it by using the checkout system. This is the errors message I get when a customer tries to pay using the paypal/ credit card checkout - SetExpressCheckout API call failed. Detailed Error Message: Order total is [login to view URL] Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for [login to view URL] Code: 10401Error Severity Code: Error 2. I have a button that needs to be reconnected. It's the Register button at the bottom of the page. When you try register nothing happens. [login to view URL] It's supposed to be tied to the driver database and a message is supposed to pop up for the prospective driver on the screen. These fixes should be quick. I guess if you're not familiar with the site you've got to see which page connects to the Driver Registration page.
