Convert (port) Win32 App to Ocx - Convert Windows App to Mac

I have a windows (Win32) application that I need to convert to MAC (Ocx). Here are the specs: visual basic (vb.net not vb6) created in visual studio 2005 includes an installer for win32 operating system It is a simple app. This is what it does: Runs in the sys tray. When user presses a hot key it closes a window and reopens another. When user copies a certain string to the clipboard it performs a sequence of instructions. I need to have this converted to OCX - it must run on Macs. It must have the same functionality as the Windows version. If there is some functionality that will not run on Mac let me know and we can work around it. Attached is the Windows version to review. It is the code you will use to do the work. Deliverables: I am looking for the complete Mac (Ocx) app including all code. I must install and run.
