hellow sir , thanks for visiting my proposal . I have read your requirements . Such project should not take too long to implement. We can use laravel's amazing tool called middleware to ensure these url redirections. If user is not autheticated it can be redirected to the login and sign up page . Though , as you have said that your application front end is built with AngularJS , which means it is a Single Page Application and so ajax request will be used to make these redirections .
