Consultancy for database design

We are setting up the database behind which powering a web shopping application. We want to hire freelancer who can help us to design the right database schema. Background - ~1M product data currently available: title, UPC#, description, keywords - some other data like reviews, popularity scores etc - new data to be added everyday Objective - to design the database which can yield good performance on 1) de-duplicating data 2) read data 3) appropriate relationships across tables 4) right indexing No coding is needed, we will provide sample data of around 100 records, with their behavior. We want advice and preferably with diagrams to show how to structure the database correctly.
