this will be a home screen widget to control our bluetooth device. once downloaded the client will choose from a paired bt device then widget will be placed on home screen so client can control our device without opening app. buttons will be 1-lock and 1-unlock need apk to be release to us when finished as well as uploaded to our google app developer page
