Write an Android application

I want to develop a mobile app for a soon to be launched NGO. App requirements: As part of first stage, I am looking at a android app. Main objective : To identify whether a cosmetic and a personal care product is natural/organic/ herbal. The app will assess the product claim. There are two parts: 1. A picture (image) of the ingredients from a cosmetic product will be taken from a phone by the customer. This image should be processed through the app and converted in to a text. This text of ingredients should be converted in to a list of individual ingredients. Please note that the order of each ingredients should be same as that in the image. 2. This list should be compared with the inbuilt database of the app. the database will be provided from our side. 3. Based on the comparison, the app output should be in the following manner: i) Ingredients that are natural/organic / herbal in green colour codes. ii) Synthetic ingredients in red colour. iii) Ingredients not available in the database in orange. iV) A Product claim strength indicator.
