2D top down shooter game in Unity

Im looking for a game that must be made in Unity, and on PC at first, and ported to android later, and maybe apple. The game is a top down shooter like Super Smash TV (link to a video of Super Smash TV Below). Im going to do all the art assets myself, so I would only need basic default assets put in for testing, and i could modify and update the assets when your done, and replace the default ones with my own. [login to view URL] The features I am looking for are as follows; when the user enters a room the room is randomized with one of the pre made rooms I have created. Random Weapons or items will generate with each room at random points. Enemies enter the room through doors or random portals, whatever is easier to program. The first room a user enters will just load about 10 enemies. Every new room the user enters, the enemies multiply by 2 coming through random doors or portals. After every 9 rooms the user enters, the 10th room will be a random boss room. After the boss room the user exits to a new set of 9 rooms but the starting number of enemies is 15, and multiplies by 2 for every room they enter after, and the boss is 50% more powerful on the 10th room. Also the players character will have a health bar, but only 1 life. If they are eliminated the game is over. There should be a high score board for how many enemies are eliminated and how many total rooms cleared and how many bosses are eliminated. I dont know if multiplayer is possible, But if it is, i would like basically the same as above but the starting number of enemies per room is doubled per player.
