Hi, I have checked your pdf and I have found the following flaws: You say that you want to add new characters to your game but I see that most of them you have in OBJ format. OBJ is only a geometry and material data format, actually the mtl is the material addon for an OBJ model, so your characters need to be rigged first if you need them to be animated. Anyway I am game developer and cross media artist with strong technical skills. I can handle your project, but the requirements need to be scaled.
