LONDON EAT Concept: 12pm to 3pm Monday to Friday delivering lunch from market food stalls to consumers using couriers around London. Market food traders sign up to app, set location, days they are open, times of trading, add food types, menu and pricing. Consumer loads app, from location will show nearest markets. Location can be changed with postcode search. Options to pick a market, food type or cuisine. Option to collect or deliver. Primary option to pay via card, PayPal, Google wallet, apple pay or cash to courier Couriers get orders via app, app shows where the pickup and drop-off is and how much they will make (15% of the total bill), courier has option to accept job. Once accepted they have a set time (45mins) to drop-off or fined Android and iPhone. User interface similar to Just Eat (My company will provide user inferface design for both Android and iPhone). Market traders receive and accept orders same as Just Eat. Couriers receive orders accept, pick- up and deliver same as Deliveroo Income: £200 setup fee for market traders, this can be paid via the first £200 worth of transaction or a one-off upfront fee. Ongoing income: 15% per order on customer collection. 30% per order on customer deliveries. Outgoings: 15% per order for couriers delivering.
