I am looking to develop a Media and News network. Hiring a developer to create Mobile/Tablet application (Android) to fetch and display media (Images/Videos) from our server every X hours. The media will be played on rotating slideshows and it should also has a page that can display real-time updates pushed from our server for news/weather etc. It should also has a welcome page that displays the current time which synchronize with the net and information from the Account details field. (i.e Name) An admin panel is also needed to be developed for account management (Create, Suspend, Terminate account, input fields to account profile) and pushing of updated media and news to the App. It should also track the uptime of the Client accounts (No. Of Hours Online on the App). Server is able to distribute the Media updates to the Clients App over a period of time so that it will not overload the server. Uses minimal battery consumption and network data on the Client side as it requires to check and log it's online status constantly as well as check for updates periodically. I may also expand to iOS app in the future, therefore being proficient in iOS coding will be great. I would need a clean and secured development of the Android App and Back-end Admin Panel.
