I have recently done a project like that in which i showed the data from four sensors to the Arduino. I can built both Android and IOS Apps and i also have the hardware required for this project. Hello, for this project I have some other idea. If you are using an android phone then you can send the hart rate and other data to phone app over Bluetooth and upload the data to cloud. In this process you dont need wifi module only a Bluetooth module will be required. This will cut the cost of your device. Another way is to use raspberry pi(Zero will be good) to do both data acquisition and upload. I can translate the existing hart rate calculation and variability calculation codes to rpi. I can design the android app according to you need . You have to provide a design for that. I can also do this with bot rpi and arduino . Thank you.
