Desenvolver um aplicativo para o iPhone/Android

It's a Big Project will split in various minor projects. For start, We need a professional with knowledge in Iphone, Android and Windows Phone SDK. The system will use Amazon AWS system to work. The system will need use MySQL to work. The Initial Start is follow: The needs for this software: Use GPS and Access contact list of mobile. All data need be storage in Amazon S3. All data need be export to CSV or Filtered in admin interface. User Interface: 1. Create a Software with a simple Logo where customers can download in AppStore, Windows Store or GooglePLay. 2. When customers download and open the software, the need be Register in system. For register, the user can use the Mobile Number or Facebook Account, but a Mobile Number is required field for complete the register. 3. After the register, the user will login automatic every time the system open. The system too need work in background for push messages. 4. User can text chat with anothers user of system in you contact list. 5. User can list all contact list with system installed. 6. User can filter contacts list. 7. User can create a Contact Group with the follow informations: Name of Group, Members (user can add members here), Start Date, End Date (the group will dismiss after 24h of end date). 8. In the contact Group, all users can ADD yours contact to group. All members of group can see all members informations and add to contacts. 9. In the contact group, need be set a Unique Event, with follow informations: Place(Select a place in list or register a new Place), Date, Time. All member of group need be set a options: I go, I don't Go, I dont know. Admin Interface: 1. Admin interface will be access by browser initialy, but if is more easy access by phone, don't is problem. 2. Need be 2 types of user: Admin and Customer. Full is the admin of system, customers will be use for register some itens later. 3. Need be register a push notifications to send to users, with interval times in Days, Weeks and Months. 4. Need be register places with a picture limited to 500x500pixels and a Description of the place limited to 250 characteres, user and password for customers access. 5. Admin can see all data storaged in Amazon S3. 6. Customer can modify the picture and description of your place.
