I would like to have a simple ios travel info app made for a location. It would also list businesses in the area. I would like to be able to remotely add and remove businesses. It will also have a few information text pages. A photo gallery that can also be remotely edited. I don't know if it is possible to remote edit these features. I can provide graphics and a mock up html website version of the app.
