Project description: We want a mobile app to deploy on Apple store and google play (option: other). We prefer a Hybrid app, but we need to know the Pros and Cons. The app work directly with our already build server. It Requests and receives text data from our server filtered by the user known in advance options. We need push notifications on things the user asks. We need an inner webview (web browser) - to see the articles that are not on our server. The App has 5 menu buttons and about 6-10 screens. It is not a complicated app. no GPS no Map. Must fulfill: 1. Full programming documentation 2. Good Design, icon select for UI 3. Smart network layer (The App Must Behave Differently in the Foreground and Background) 4. The App must not degrade battery life significantly 5. Local database that sync with the remote DB 6. The app must support iOS version 5.0 android version 4 7. Google analytics implementation at every event 8. The app must support Hebrew language - text align to Right (reading from right to left) For a full characterization - please contact me with an offer
