1. Sends (Post) IMEI, Date and Time (yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS), Lat, Long, Speed, to designated php file on IP or Domain and Designated Port. (php file available for view, and variables are available there) 2. App has password protection (password is set by user) to limit access. 3. User designates tracking interval (in seconds, minimum 5 seconds). 4. App must have option for auto launch at startup. 5. User can see on Google Maps his current location. 6. Option to register if not registered. 7. All code must be provided after completion. 8. Must pass Itunes and Google Play Store scrutiny.
